      Anyone have an idea what this radiopaque signal is in the spinal column. It was not in MRI report. The segment below at T8-T9 had mild disc degeneration.

      Just curious and want to make sure I’m not missing anything.

        Looks like a flow artifact – per my wife. – Patient has scoliosis and cant see cord in one single shot so what they see on the side is CSF.

          A few questions-

          What does the corresponding axial slice look like?

          Is this finding visible on the T2 axial or sagittal sequences? If so, is it high or low signal?

          Lastly, is it my imagination or is there something going on at the cord level?
