      Hi Everyone,

      It turns out Paypal did a software update that was not working with with the ID web software. Some monthly payments were paid to Paypal but not recorded on the website. This is resulting in preventing your log in.

      I was told this was only for October 4th and 5th payment dates. These were fixed. It looks like it may be a problem with October 9th as well.

      Anyway, sorry for the hassle. I believe all accounts have been fixed. If you paid and can’t log in send an email (contact@integrativediagnosis.com) and we will manually fix it ASAP.

        It appears the software glitches are not completely fixed. Some ID members payments are not being properly recorded. If you have paid and are getting non-payment messages let us know.

        I apologize for the hassle. We will be switching software providers due to their poor performance.
