I have had the same IT guy for the past 15 years work with me. We’ve become friends over the years. He charges me fee for service and then he has access remotely to fix issues that show up. He is a one man company, which may not be a good fit for some, but has been good thing for me. I can call him personally, even at night after business hours, to talk if and when issues arise.
All these guys are a bit expensive, but if you get someone good, it’s worth paying for it. Maybe ask your patients for someone local and build up a relationship from there.
Good luck. I’m grateful to have a regular person, instead of a large company, I can trust to help me out when needed.
