I lost my old spreadsheet with the financial margins that Bill recommended we have in practice.
Can someone share them here?

From what I recall a few years ago with a single doctor, two part-time staff clinic you should be around 30% overhead. For a year early on I was super lean around 25%.
This model is obviously changing as the doctor has more pricing power but needs more support staff. I certainly haven’t maximized the margins yet, but I would think you should be able to stay around 40% overhead still.
