I want to hope less, and be more certain and raise that clinical swagger

I’ve noticed a hole in my progress over the past several weeks/months. As it turns out I make an inadequate accountability partner for myself. I review all my new cases, run everyone through fastmap, usually after the consult, and generally do a pretty good job of being reverse compatible with my diagnosis.

However, it feels like I am missing something to make better, faster progress. I am not sure what that is, but am looking for somebody who I can review cases with, as every so often, I will get 6 visits in with somebody before realizing I missed a big piece of their diagnosis in my initial exam and consult.

Here’s the ask. If you are interested in a no holds barred sufferfest of progress, please let me know. I don’t want anybody’s feelings hurt, so let’s do this off the forum.
