      I was going through our office forms and noticed our hippa notice of privacy practices is 6+ years old and over 5 pages long.  I am aware this needs to be updated but are unsure if we should do this ourselves or simply purchase a generic policy and customize it.  What are you all currently using?

          HIPAA is suppose to be updated yearly and internally audited a few times a year. We updated ours in the past two years and this year I bought an online program to help with it, however I admit it is hard to keep up with everything.
