      I have had patients ask me this question in the past but got it a few times last week.

      “What happens to the adhesion after you break it down?”

      Wondering how you guys answer that question.

        Macrophages dissolve the adhesion (collagen) after it is detached (broken down), is the technical answer. The patient answer is”the treatment breaks to connection then the immune system dissolves what’s left.”
