Couple questions now that I have my CA in place:

      1.  What does your CA do during new patient visits?  Right now I bring them in for the exam, but that is it.

      2.  What duties did you find most valuable (useful) for the CA when you brought them in?   I  have them trained on the scribe and assisting patient movement and want to know what the next most valuable step would be.

Biggest difference I have found is in shoulder and hip structures.  Amazing improvements in results.

My CA is only in the room for the exam portion of a New Patient. She is back in the office doing other tasks during the history and ROF.

Next thing I have my CA do is demonstate the positions Shoulder Abduction, QLF, etc… Also demonstrating the exercises and eventually having her take over the exercises completely. Another important task is taking the pictures and doing keynote.
