CASE STUDIES

Do you want to see how the ID system works? See the full potential and real world results?

This CASE STUDIES section shows you how to implement ID and what to expect for results.

Please be sure to pay attention to the difficulty level of each case: foundation, advanced or mastery. Implementation varies with skill level and it’s easy to get overwhelmed.

Foundation

These cases represent 80% of what you will see all day in practice. Follow the ID system and get great results. Slow down, don’t skip steps and don’t add anything unnecessary.

Lumbar Disc: 22 year old Male

Advanced

These cases represent the more difficult patients you will see in practice. From the 80-95th percentile in terms of difficulty. You will need to have the primary ID skills covered to be able to think deeper and apply principles under novel circumstances.

Upper Thoracic Symptoms: Adhesion between the erectors and semispinalis

Mid Thoracic Symptoms: Thoracic Capsule Adhesion

Consult: Entrapment of Dorsal Rami Cutaneous Branches

Pain of Psychological Origin

Mastery

These cases represent the most difficult patients and highest level of skill in all of musculoskeletal medicine. There are a lot of great lessons. You will often see material that is beyond material taught at the advanced and foundation levels. I hope you find this inspiring.

These are some of our very old case studies. Some interesting lessons from years ago.
